Since the early days, back in the 1970's, when Penny ran ads in the New York Times to attract vacationers to Grand Cayman, we have been sharing the real island gems and secrets of the Cayman Islands and creating memorable holidays and experiences for all our guests.

Cayman Villas advocates for the Breast Cancer Foundation because Penny, our Founder, is a proud survivor. We are also big supporters of the Cayman Islands National Trust, the Cayman Islands Humane Society, Feed Our Future, Acts of Random Kindness (ARK) and the Central Caribbean Marine Institute (CCMI), so you will find the Cayman Villas team at local beach clean ups, fundraisers, and community projects throughout the year.

When not working or at the gym, Juliet spends time with her children, family and friends enjoying the island. She loves to travel and always enjoys reading a good book! She took over Cayman Villas in 2016 and having been born and raised in Grand Cayman, she is an ambassador for the Cayman Islands.

Reservations Manager

Noelle loves to meet new people and spend time with her family and friends. She is a huge advocate of many charities and has been a Pink Lady for over 25 years, so is always busy helping with numerous Fund Raisers! Having lived in Grand Cayman for over 30 years and worked with Cayman Villas for over 10 years!

Office Administrator and Property Manager

Janice loves to cook for family and friends and enjoys fishing with her husband out in East End. She has a great sense of humour and an infectious laugh! She has worked with Cayman Villas for over 5 years and knows all the best places to go in Cayman!

Accountant

Andy is an avid swimmer and when not in the water you will find him socialising with friends or reading a good thriller novel! He spends his time between Cayman, Thailand and the United States. He has been an accountant for over 35 years, and has been with Cayman Villas for over 8 years.

Bookkeeper

Klod loves to scuba dive, ride her motor bike and spend time with family and friends. She has been working in the hospitality industry for over 35 years, and is very detail orientated, so the perfect Bookkeeper for Cayman Villas for over 8 years!

Penny
Founder

Penny ran Cayman Villas for over 40 years and handed the reigns to Juliet, her daughter, when she retired in 2016. She spends her time travelling the globe, visiting family and friends and when she is home in Grand Cayman, she enjoys walks on the beach and spending time with her 8 grandchildren!
