Description
Welcome to Regal Beach Club 223, this costal second floor 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom condo is tropical and cozy and is the perfect home away from home. The master bedroom is light and has costal décor as well as a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is beachy and tropical and has two twin beds which can be put together to make a king bed, perfect for the kids or extra guests.
In the main living space, you’re greeted by a cozy kitchen perfect for cooking and making drinks while on vacation. Furthermore, the elegant living and dining area creates a great space for entertainment and comfort, as you overlook the gorgeous garden whilst watching your favorite channels on the flat screen TV. Or you can watch the blue Caribbean Sea from your private, screened porch and enjoy the tropical sunsets. Also, there is a pullout sofa for extra guests making this condo perfect for larger groups or families.
At the Regal Beach Club a washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, SMART TV's, central AC, all linens, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities included for your stay. Continuing to Regal Beach itself, there is the famous 7 Mile Beach, perfect for swimming and snorkelling, as well as the beautiful complex pools with loungers and grills, perfect for BBQs, and the serene, manicured garden. Also, there is a small gym and tennis / pickle ball court for fitness on site. Finally, there are also recycling bins for our environmentally conscience guests.
Whereas storms over the past two years have significantly reduced the size of the beach, stairs from the pool deck offer easy access to swimming in the sea directly in front of Regal Beach Club. Depending on winds and tides on any given day, beach lounging may be limited.
However, Regal Beach Club only gets better! You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Furthermore, there’s a Foster’s grocery store a 5–10-minute walk away for your cooking needs or you can order your groceries prior to your arrival for maximum comfort (please contact a Cayman Villas Agent for this).
This unit is not wheelchair accessible. Please note all Cayman Villas properties are non-smoking so there is no smoking in the unit or on the patio. Furthermore, no pets or loud music is allowed. Please also note that the beach changes over time, especially during the rainy season.

Seven Mile Beach
The Seven Mile Beach corridor is alive with plenty of entertainment and accommodation options. Chose from condo, hotel or resort accommodation, with access to the Camana Bay development on the opposite side of the strip. There you’ll find everything from high-end waterfront shopping, to a large cinema complex, plus several restaurants, bars and a weekly outdoor local produce market every Wednesday.
