Welcome to this stunning, state of the art, beachfront home on the famous Seven Mile Beach, which was completed at the beginning of 2020! It is located 20 minutes from the airport, and is within a short driving distance of a large supermarket, liquor store. many restaurants and local attractions such as the Cayman Turtle Centre, Dolphin Cove and Seven Mile Beach. With breath-taking views of the beach, right down to South Sound, from the top three floors of this villa, you will marvel at the vista at all times! With steps from the living room, right down to the beautiful sandy beach, you can walk, swim, snorkel, or relax on the soft sand and soak in the warmth of the Caribbean sun anytime you like. The unique and incredible rooftop infinity pool and spa allows for private swimming and sunbathing, as well as the most incredible views across the island. Watch the spectacular sunrises or sunsets from the beach or the rooftop pool and bar/dining area.

The 4 storey house, with built in surround sound, has 9,000 square feet of indoor living space, and is comprised of 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and a guest bathroom on the main floor, off the exceptional dining room with sweeping floor to ceiling views of the Caribbean Sea! The house comfortably sleeps 14 guests, but can accommodate up to 18 guests, with trundle beds located in the two spacious games rooms. One in the lower level and the second on the top floor.

The Games room on the top floor, off the outdoor kitchen/BBQ and pool area, has a full sized table tennis table and Foosball table, and is a great area to cool off and get some respite from a hot sunny afternoon!

Main Floor:
* Grand double door entry foyer, with two separate seating areas to relax whilst enjoying spectacular floor to ceiling views of the beach and Caribbean Sea
* To the right, of the entry, you have a large living area with a leather sectional that faces the sea but also allows comfort if watching the large 65" flat screen Smart TV
* Also off to the right of the entry way is a comfortable bedroom, with a Queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom.
* To the left, off the entry, you have a choice of the the staircase or the elevator, leading to the lower level and the two floors above. Beyond this is the powder room, the spectacular 10 seater dining table and the huge gourmet kitchen, which boasts two electric ovens, and a gas cooker. The large island lights up and has 5 additional bar stools for dining.

Third Floor:
* Here you will find a lovely seating area with two seater couch and chairs, perfect for coffee in the morning or a quiet afternoon read as you admire the views of 7 Mile Beach.
* The expansive Primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a free standing bath and a large walk in shower, with two rain shower heads and large walk in closet is on the west side of the house. The large King bed faces the sea, enabling you to wake up to the most breath-taking views each morning! There is also a twin trundle bed for extra bedding.
* On the eastern side there are two large guest bedrooms with king beds and both have ensuite bathrooms.
* The seating area, and all three bedrooms on this floor have access to a large outdoor balconies

Fourth Floor:
* Here you will find the expansive games room with a queen trundle with a twin pull out and a twin trundle with a twin pull out. There is an outdoor kitchen bar area equipped with a gas BBQ, fridge, ice maker and lots of counter space for rooftop dining!
* Another small flight of stairs and you access the roof top infinity pool and spa with the best views across the entire island!

The lower level:
* You will find the movie and games room has a full sized pool table, a bar area, state of the art audio-visual equipment with a 120" screen and surround sound acoustics will amaze! There is a queen trundle with a twin pullout . The 5th bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is located just off the main space. You will also find a fully equipped utility room, with front loading washer and dryer.
